A 240 m² four-bedroom villa in Sanchaba, completed in 2022 and delivered from first drawing to handover of keys.

The plan wraps around a paved courtyard, with an arcaded entrance and a covered walkway linking the wings. Interior work included fitted kitchen, patterned floor tiling, cornice detailing and recessed lighting.
